2024 Baseball and Softball Summer Camps

Baseball Camps

Celebrating 32 years, our summer baseball camps are dedicated to providing full-week sessions that guarantee skill development, friendship building, and loads of fun.

Dates:
- Week 1 - August 12 - 16, 2024
- Week 2 - August 19 - 23, 2024
Ages: 8-13
- Must have played league age 8 for the spring/summer 2024 season
- Age 13 players must have been eligible for league age 12 (Summer of '24)
- Age 13 players will play on the 50/70 field.
Time: Operating from 9:00 AM to noon, each day follows this general schedule:
- 9-11am: Individual skill development through targeted instruction and drills.
- 11am-12pm: Apply what you've learned in a coach-pitch game.
Location: Halfmoon Town Park (Rain site: Hayner Sports Barn)
Cost: $200

Miss Shen Softball Camp

Welcome to the ultimate summer experience for young softball enthusiasts! Directed by an All Star team of varsity coaches, our Miss Shen Softball Camp is the perfect place for both seasoned players and newcomers to sharpen their skills, foster a love for the game, and have a blast with fellow athletes.

Dates: July 8 - 12, 2024

Ages: Girls age 8-14 (must have turned 8 by January 1, 2024)
Time: 9 AM - Noon
Location: Miss Shen Softball Fields at Clifton Commons Complex (Rain site: Hayner Sports Barn)
Cost:
- $170 for Miss Shen Players
- $190 for Non-Miss Shen Players

Summer All-Sports Camp

Does your child adore gym class and never seem to run out of energy? Our All-Sports Camp provides an opportunity to stay active and engaged while enjoying a variety of sports both indoors and outdoors as weather permits.

Dates: July 29-August 2, 2024

Ages: 8-12 (must be 8 by August 1, 2024 and turn 13 after August 1, 2024)
Time: 9 AM - Noon
Location: The Sports Barn (outdoor games on nearby soccer field)
Cost: $185

Specialized Training

Summer Baseball Catcher Development Program

These focused sessions with Norm Hayner are designed for the experienced catcher looking to take their skills to the next level. Occurring mid-week to ensure recover time before games, you'll improve your game with expert instruction on throwing, receiving, blocking, and pre/post arm care.

This program is for experienced catchers only, while beginners can register for private lessons.

Dates: June 19, 26, July 3 and July 17, 2024

Baseball Ages 11-13: 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Baseball Ages 14 & older: 10:15 - 11:15 AM
Cost: $160

Late Summer Catching School

Tailor-made for catchers transitioning to larger fields who are determined to improve their improve "pop times" to second base through throwing mechanics and accuracy. You'll also spend time fine-tuning blocking and throwing arm/shoulder care and arm strength development.

Dates: August 26 and 28, 2024 (Rain dates are August 27 and 29)

Times:
- 8:45 AM - 10:15 AM for upcoming 13u and 14u players.
- 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM for upcoming 11u players and second year 12u
Location: Halfmoon Town Park Fields 1 & 2
Cost: $140
